Wyndham Could Pay You $10,000 To Eat And Drink Around the Globe

From starting your day with chilaquiles in Mexico to enjoying a gaucho-style steak in Argentina, and sampling decadent baklava in Turkey; Ramada by Wyndham is not only sending you to locations like these but also paying you $10,000 to sample the cuisine around the world for a jam-packed three weeks. The hotel brand is searching for a Chief Eats Officer (CEO) who is up for the challenge to eat their way around the globe.

Ramada by Wyndham will be sending one lucky person to five different continents to share their food and cultural experience for the brand’s social and marketing channels. As well as the $10,000 compensation, the CEO will also receive free accommodation to stay at Ramada by Wyndham hotels throughout the globe, complimentary flights, and $150 each day as a stipend.

“Food is the key that opens the door to new cultures, which is what Ramada by Wyndham is all about, inspiring travelers while connecting them to new global experiences,” said Stephanie Kendrick, brand leader and VP of Operations at Ramada by Wyndham in a press release. “Our lucky CEO will have the chance to fully immerse themselves in the best Ramada and its many destinations have to offer, all while bringing along a global audience to share in every moment of their life-enriching adventure.”

What Does The Role Entail?

The lucky candidate will be kept very busy with a fully packed schedule and will travel to eight countries in three weeks. Responsibilities will include putting together a list of the must-eats and best things to do, which will be posted on your social media feed and featured across Ramada’s channels.

The role is searching for a CEO that will inspire others to travel and experience the amazing food and culture that the world has to offer (can’t be too hard, right?). The successful candidate will have a flair for social media and will creatively curate content in real-time (no lag times here).
